Roofing and Siding repair needed

I’m not quite sure where to post this so please direct me elsewhere if need be. My wife and I own a multi unit building in Chicago and are in need of building maintenance for the roof and siding.

The main issue is our building is close to the neighbor’s house. There are a few holes under where the top of the wall meets where pitched roof ends. It’s important to have this job done ASAP so no raccoons or rodents can get in. I can provide pictures and speak on the phone to clarify the job if needed. Thanks
