Need help in understanding the house sale contract

Is a House sale contract in Illinois considered valid even if it does not have the "Managing Broker" initials and signature anywhere. Only the realtor has signed on last page.

I am having several issues with the realtor and I want to terminate the contract. I spoke to the managing broker but he is not letting me do it. I looked at the contract again and found that there are no initials of the "Managing Broker" on any page and no signature by him. Only the realtor has signed on the last page as I mentioned above.

Thanks for help.

If you want out of a contract I suggest you to speak to an attorney, and ASAP before you burn through any contingency timelines. Only a lawyer can give advice on a contract. Agents and managing broker are only allowed to fill in the blanks on the contract, they cannot give legal advice.
