Sorry everyone, It seems like I did not put my question correctly.

The document I am referring to is "Residential Exclusive Right to Sell Marketing Agreement" between myself (the seller) and the Brokerage, to sell my house in IL. In this document every page requires initial of the Seller and the Managing Broker at the bottom and signature by both in the end.

My question is: Myself being the seller have put my initials on every page and my signature in the end. But the Managing Broker has not put his initials on any page and also did not sign in the end. Only the designated agent has put his signature in the end. Based on this, can this document be considered a legally binding document.

I am having lot of problems with the Agent and I want to terminate this agreement, can I do that?

Thanks

Is a House sale contract in Illinois considered valid even if it does not have the "Managing Broker" initials and signature anywhere. Only the realtor has signed on last page.

I am having several issues with the realtor and I want to terminate the contract. I spoke to the managing broker but he is not letting me do it. I looked at the contract again and found that there are no initials of the "Managing Broker" on any page and no signature by him. Only the realtor has signed on the last page as I mentioned above.

Thanks for help.
