Real Estate Attorneys - Maui Hawaii

Hello!

I have a fairly complicated title and HOA situation on the West side of Maui, Hawaii. Does anyone have a good attorney recommendation for an attorney who can handle litigation with HOA's along with title issues on a condo that have both land court and leasehold interest involvement? Unfortunately I cannot go into much detail in a public forum. This HOA often requires Non-Disclosure Agreements.

Thank you in advance!

Hey Christian! Fancy seeing you here lol

Now that I know a little more about the situation, I don't know if the lawyers I referred you to would be the best fit for that situation... I think they're worth calling, especially Shannon and Rebecca. But I'd say you might want to also try Donald Chaikin. He's a little rough, we call him the pitbull because he likes to just make stuff happen even if he has to be aggressive. But he has a lot of experience in the title and HOA world.. actually he represented the HOA I served on the board for and he also performed all of the non-judicial foreclosures and collections for us.
