I know we have the BEST "Fix and Flippers" in Hawaii !!!  My question ... Is there anyone doing Creative Transactions with Term strategies?

Lease Options (and Sandwich Lease Options)

Owner Financing - Creating a Mortgage and Seller Carry Back Note
