Is the wholesaling market saturated in Atlanta, GA

Gathering information on and researching wholesaling in the Atlanta area. Thinking about starting a wholesaling company but not sure if the market is saturated with competition. Also, I'm using MOJO and list source for my CRM and lead generation.  Is MOJO and List Sorce sufficent or do I need to find a different resource?  Any thoughts?

Tom Kroll would tell you that worrying about competition is a limiting belief and that business is unlimited. Yes there are a lot of wholesalers in Atlanta, but it is not nearly as saturated as many other markets, like the bay area for instance. If you can actually provide good deals with meat on the bone and stay consistently marketing for 12+ months, you will find success in Atlanta.
