Any investors in the SE area of Georgia around Jesep? I'm thinking of buying a single family to rent for the next few years, then occupy it as my primary. There seem to be a lot of places 100k-125k range. Is there demand for rentals? Quality property management?  I see a wide range of rents. Any insite would be great.
