I’m a newly licensed agent in Atlanta and looking for an investor friendly broker to work with. I wholesale and want to start rehabbing property and want to hang my license with a broker that understanding wholesaling and investing. Can anyone recommend a broker?

We are opening a new branch with Red Barn Real Estate, owned by Ken & Anita from Flip or Flip Atlanta. Great commission splits with low caps or low monthly payments. We have a lot of agents that are also investors. Let me know if you want to chat about more details.
