Grace periods and late fees in Georgia

I'm so frustrated!  I've wasted SO much time trying to find if grace periods and late fees are regulated in the state of GA and have found no mention of either. I've read everything from the GA Handbook to O.C.G.A  44-7 with no luck. I'm hoping a member might know if Georgia requires grace periods, or regulates late fees. If so, would certainly appreciate it being shared so I can move on with my life! Thanks in advance!

My understanding is that the grace period is up to the landlord and none has to be given if you decide against a grace period. I do 5 days and $50.
