MLS Listing for Rental Property Before Closing

I am buying a new rental property and am closing on 2/26. The property is rental ready and I am looking to rent the property asap.  I am planning to market it myself and thinking of putting add in mls by using  xflatfeemls.net . Will i be able to post the add now? Or do I have to wait till 26th Feb till the closing is finished as technically i don't own the home till 26th February? Is it illegal or any other complexities?

Also any experience with this xflatfeemls.net or recommendation for putting the house for rent add in MLS is greatly appreciated?

Regards

MLS rules require that you own the property before having it listed.
