Acreage in N. GA or N.W. NC?
I'm looking for some acreage up in northern Georgia or northwestern North Carolina. I'm in Florida and have not delt w/ properties out of state so if anyone has some to help me evaluate land in that area I would appreciate it! Minimum of 10 - 20 acres but needs to have shallow and fast moving streams.
Thanks!

Mike, I would be happy to help also. I'm a realtor in Cherokee County . I know of a piece of land that is currently off market that would suit your needs located between Ellijay and Dawsonville. It is approximately 40 acres with trout stream, deer turkey and bear. Please let me know if you have any interest. I can understand the want for some Mountain property, my wife and I moved from Fl 4 years ago. We were a little further south in Sarasota county.
