Looking for Investor- friendly Real estate Agents in Atlanta

I will be potentially moving to the Atlanta area this coming February and really interested in house hacking a multifamily. I would love to start analyzing properties/areas in that region now to gain a better sense of what i'll be up against. As a result, I'm looking for an investor-friendly (experienced) real estate agent who really understands this market that could share their experiences and provide access to the MLS where i can begin my search.
