Newbie as a wholesaler

Hey guys this my first time ever on BP, I'm very interested in becoming a wholesaler, Just don't know where to start maybe we can meet up or network! Thanks guys!

When I run into new investors who talk about wholesaling I am usually skeptical that I will ever meet them again. Wholesaling is extremely hard to master. You need to excel at sales, estimating and valuations. I know 4 investors total in Atlanta able to do it all without crossing any ethical lines. I would suggest going slow and learning to do rentals or flips before trying to wholesale.
