All - we are going to implement Follow Up Boss CRM. Is there a good consultant out there?

We like the software, but the consulting service seems taking a bit too long... we would like to have someone to help us out with set ups, automation and a general marketing plan...

very nice passive income, but you need to understand the collateral behind.

You need to ensure:

- invest in notes originated in "non-judicial states" (mainly red states) where foreclosure is fast and inexpensive (do not do it in Illionois)

- loan is less than 80% of the property value... You need to understand how to verify the value

you should look for an investor friendly loan company

agreed - even better when you find lenders that do not ask you anything upfront - not even appraisal fees.

Rate private lenders charge typically depends on the amount you put down …  10% over fed rate is too much in my opinion -… market is around 7-8% above fed rate …

in a private lending transaction though it’s ok whatever lender and borrower agree
