Grandfather a bedroom
I bought a house that was listed with 3 bedroom. The previous owner turned a garage into a room. It has a closet a door to the outside and a door to the rest of the house. How difficult would it be to have it grandfather in or am I taking a risk of having to tear it down by trying to have it grandfather in?
