Florida Property Taxes

Zachery Potts
Posted

What is a good estimate I should use for property taxes in Florida? I'm sure it will vary by county but I want to get a rough idea on what to expect. It would be an out of state investment property.

@Zachery Potts most county’s in FL have an easy to access tax collector website which will give you exact figures. In Palm Beach County the millage rate is generally $18 to $20 per $1000 of assessed value so 1.8% to 2%.
