Thanks Mike. So is it the same percentage there if you live in the property or if you are an out of state investor?

What is a good estimate I should use for property taxes in Florida? I'm sure it will vary by county but I want to get a rough idea on what to expect. It would be an out of state investment property.

I'm wanting to get started in real estate investing and I want to know how much I should plan to set aside each month for taxes. Is there a best way to calculate how much the taxes will be on rental income? I am looking at multifamily properties and I would be house hacking.
