I know I'm asking for a lot here, but I'm hoping I can get some advice.

I've been searching for a "side hustle" that will expedite my real estate investment goals. Ideally something that will also help build relationships with other investors, real-estate agents, or contractors. I've been considering purchasing a Matterport camera to provide 3D virtual tour services and real estate photography. I work nights so I would have plenty of time in the morning to do something like this. I would like to get the opinion of some agents or investors in the Jacksonville area as to whether or not this might be a service you would be interested in, or If you are already receiving this service, are you satisfied with the providers in the area? I would appreciate any advice or suggestions.
