I know I'm asking for a lot here, but I'm hoping I can get some advice.

I've been searching for a "side hustle" that will expedite my real estate investment goals. Ideally something that will also help build relationships with other investors, real-estate agents, or contractors. I've been considering purchasing a Matterport camera to provide 3D virtual tour services and real estate photography. I work nights so I would have plenty of time in the morning to do something like this. I would like to get the opinion of some agents or investors in the Jacksonville area as to whether or not this might be a service you would be interested in, or If you are already receiving this service, are you satisfied with the providers in the area? I would appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Yes I live in Jacksonville. Im familiar with larger general areas but I definitely need to learn more about the individual neighborhoods. I’m planning to go to the next JaxREIA meeting. Have you guys attended a meeting or considered going to one?

Hello everyone. I’m looking to begin my real estate investing journey in Jacksonville FL. My goal is to buy and hold single and multifamily homes.
