Tampa/St Pete Contractor
Hey Guys! New to the BP website but I've been a long time listener of the podcast. Just recently moved to the Tampa area and starting my real estate journey with my girlfriend. We purchased a single family home together and are house hacking. If anybody has any recommendation/referrals for contractors, please put us in touch! I have a small job (replacing two exterior to interior doors) and this would be a great way to start a relationship for future projects! Any info is good info, thank you all!

In my rehabs and projects on my investment properties I have used Christina's Construction, LLC. She does absolutely excellent work, is very transparent with pricing and is trustworthy. I recommend her to all of the clients I work with as an agent as well.
