Best Wholesale Neighbourhoods in Central Florida

Hello, new investor here. I'm preparing to wholesale real estate in the Central Florida area. I'm wondering if I could get any advice on the best neighbourhoods to look for in this area? Ideally, I'd like to isolate a neighbourhood, learn what the houses in the area sell for, and door knock. If anyone has any advice, I'd love to hear it. 

P.S. I'm also looking for a consultant to communicate with and help prepare me for this process. If you can do it, please let me know!
