Hi Giselle,

thank you for the information. Im on the East Coast of Florida and understand every market can be different. So input from Florida is a great help! Do you know approximately what a clean out, paint, carpet/ clean and general pre rental prep would run per/sq? Also do you paint everything or just try touching up and hope for the best?

Thank you,

Jay

Jeff, thank you. I know trying to guesstimate a quick rental turnaround varies alot and I appreciate the numbers!

Hello Donna, I have been doing everything my self but time is become more valuable with a growing family. I want to get quotes and was just curious if there was a basic rule of thumb. For instance, 1500sq / ft, clean, paint $2 / sq ft. Something like that.

Hello, I'm fairly new at being a landlord and have a question about turnover cost. Is there a ballpark sq ft cost to do a simple clean, paint, carpet etc? I'm really trying to simplify the process of getting bids and If I knew $3,$4 etc was the norm it would really help.

Thanks,

 Jay
