Buying and living in a Quad
I will be retiring from teaching in one year. I plan to buy a quadraplex, rent three units and live in the fourth. What should I watch out for? How can I make this work for me? JB

@Judy Bell first I would always compare the HomePossible and HomeReady program before being pushed into an FHA loan. Many lenders push FHA because of profit.
