Purchase negotiations have stalled, seller not budging, buyer not budging, what to do?

GO FOR THE "CHATTEL!"

Go for:

  • that Beautiful 200 gal Saltwater fish tank in the foyer, as is, ALL fish stay
  • that 1968 396 SS Camaro sitting in the garage that the seller never drives
  • that Harley Davison motorcycle in the garage that the seller's wife hates
  • that 25 foot Key West bay boat
  • those 2 new Kayaks on the dock
  • those 2 new Jet Skies on the lifts
  • the new John Deer tractor in the barn
  • that awesome TV and surround sound system
  • the leather furniture
  • the dinning room table, chairs and chandelier
  • the office furniture
  • the master bedroom set
  • the pool furniture
  • etc.

Everything is negotiable!

Always make note of the all the cool stuff when you see properties as often you can get a lot of great stuff included and make the deal fly too!

Now gotta be careful how it's written on the sales contract as can't be part of the value of the property, but rather listed as Chattel (Personal items to be left with the property)

Think outside the box!
