Flipping in Deerfield Beach

Doing my first flip in Deerfield Beach (I've done others in Colorado).  Do people like the big shutters...  Thinking about replacing all of the windows with impact, and getting rid of the shutters.  Also, looking for some wholesale places to shop, need windows, tile, carpet, lighting fixtures, base and case, doors, granite with install, cabinets, appliances, sod and trees, and need contractor or pour a patio.  Im excited, should be a profitable project :)        Thank you.
