SOUTH FLORIDA | HELP WANTED | Hard Money Mentor

Bob Razler

Posted

Hello BP Strangers & Those I Have Met:

I am currently investigating investing as a hard money lender.

I have been doing some research and I would very much like to meet someone here in Southeast Florida who would be willing to work with me as a mentor and to partner/JV with on some deals so I can learn the ropes.

I will bring as much value to the relationship as I can.  I am happy to discuss how I can provide the mentor with as much, or more, value as I receive.

Thank you in advance,

Bob

@Bob Razler  one of the first things you will want to do if your going to partner on loans is to see if multi beneficiary loans are legal in FLA.. in some states they are not.. they are considered securities and need full blown disclosures.

Like CA multi bene no problem.. OR totally illegal.. so do check that out.. also licensing  John can help you if he has time to jump in I am sure.
