Greetings Everyone!

I am a new(ish) investor. I do have one deal under my belt. I am currently looking to do my second deal here in South Florida where I live. This would most likely be a house hack situation since I want to move out from my current residence. I am looking to work with like minded individuals, including an agent who is experienced working with investors in the the Palm Beach County market. Looks forward to talking to and meeting new people. Also maybe someone could suggest a good local meet up in the palm beach county area that isnt just trying to sell something.

Hello @Jason Luongo ! Welcome! SE FL has a great REI community. There are plenty of meetings and groups.

@Jon Huber hosts a coffee group once a month (this upcoming Saturday I believe) in Delray.  It's a great group!

Also, I highly recommend installing MEETUP and checking the RE groups there.  Every Wednesday there is a lunch in Deerfield and Thursdays in Ft. Lauderdale.

Everyone here is great and they are always willing to help!
