I'm searching for a residential multifamily in the Manatee County/Sarasota County area. Preferably 3 to 4 units and 2+bed/1.5+bath units.  Needs to be in a C+/B neighborhood (Good Neighborhood is important). Thank you for your time and I hope someone has some good properties for sale. Thank you.
