Remote Investing in Jacksonville

Hello everyone,

6 months after purchasing my first property in Jacksonville, I'm on the hunt for my second.  I used a national 'turnkey' management company for my first deal, and it was truly a great experience.  However, I do feel that using a national company may cause some opportunities to be overlooked simply because they are focusing on a broader market.  This is especially true in Jacksonville because of the geographic size of the city.  I believe that city-wide analysis can be inaccurate because the market is hyper-local.  I am wondering if anyone is aware of a local Jacksonville company that specializes in servicing remote investors.  I would also be interested in hearing any other strategies for investing remotely, outside of a 'turnkey' operation.  I'm currently focusing on Jacksonville, but I am also interested in Orlando and Tampa Bay Area. Thank You! -Sean
