Anyone doing anything in Delaware (Rentals/BRRRRs)?

Currently a resident in DE and looking to get into real estate. I don't see many people talk about Delaware or doing anything in DE other than our fantastic LLC benefits. Does anyone have any properties here, and if so what kind? Any advice for someone to get started in DE? I want to make a move this year and am eager to make something happen.

Hey John,

I currently house hack in Northern Delaware. I rent out a couple of my bedrooms and it pays for the vast majority of my mortgage. I currently am applying a BRRR strategy on a property in Philly but Wilmington and New Castle have some homes that are worth investing into also. Especially if you are looking for some fixer uppers so you can add value and then refinance for some cash back.
