Selling house to tenant in CT
My tenants want to buy my house at the end of the lease. They are going through the steps of getting financing I was wondering how to go about selling without getting my relator involved?

Send them to a good lender who can underwrite them appropriately.
And just offer to involve your realtor for a flat fee, I've done this before and usually charge $2,500 or so. Well worth it for you if you don't have the time or aren't familiar with the process. If you have the time and are knowledgeable then you should be good.
