Hi Fellow investors I am looking to connect with Investors in the New Britain/ Hartford area.

Is there a meet up group I can Join?

I appreciate all the advise.

Thanks.

@Jeremy Hamel thanks for the shoutout Jeremy, much appreciated. Hey Bud, I own a few properties in New Britain and have done multiple house hacks there as well. From a cashflow standpoint it's a great area to consider. I also think there will be upside appreciation in years to come with the new 'Fuel Cell Project' that is underway.

With that being said, it is still a city and most certainly has it's good and bad areas like any other city. I would join the local meetup @Stephanie Cabral runs. We usually meet once a month at the Chili's in Glastonbury, Ct but obviously with COVID we haven't in a while. Regardless I would ask Stephanie to get on the mailer for future meetups.

Let me know if I can be of any help navigating New Britain, or anywhere in Hartford County.
