I invest in Detroit because prices were cheap and rents were ok.

I was making the 1 % in all my rentals.

Like any market you have to get the right team.

Drew is 100 % correct.

I always get information from my PM before I buy a property.

They will advise you if it's in a good area and what it can be rented for.

PM can make investing so much easier if you find the right one.
