Turn Key (TK) Companies in CT?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any TK companies in CT? I have done some searching, but haven't come across any. I'm familiar with the CT market, as I lived there for nearly 30 years, however I no longer reside in the area and am looking for a more "passive" investment.
