Any property managers in Macomb Illinois? I have MHP that I am need management for.

For all of you seasoned investors out there I have a hypothetical question for you. If you had a few million to invest how would you go about investing it to give yourself sustainable income in the real estate world? Buy a bunch of multi-families, buy notes, buy a larger building, or look at something really big and become an equity partner? Or something I haven't mentioned above? The idea would be to invest in some way that it doesn't turn into a time consuming job so you can hangout on the beach, play golf, go spelunking, or cow tipping... Whatever your passion.

I’ve only done two wholesale deals in ct and I believe with both deals the seller paid for their own attorney fees. That being said, depending on how good the deal is I would be willing to pay their fees if it meant they would walk. 

Hi @Jeffrey VanGilder, Good for you! Real estate can be very rewarding and a great long-term plan for your future. I'm not opposed to bring on new agents on a case by case basis. If you are free sometime next week or some other time let me know!
