Has anyone signed up for leads from USAHUD.com for $195 per month?  You are suppose to get leads from pre-qualified buyers or sellers and be designated to specific areas.  I went online to see if there were complaints and I see people from Maryland felt they were ripped off and did not receive the leads they were told they generated.  Just wondering if anyone in Fairfield count (south end) used their service.

no I haven't, but I wouldn't pay for this information. Information on HUD homes are free on hudhomestore.com.
