Stick around or Leave the Situation

Whats goin on bp world. Im dealing with a client who want to sell his whole portfolio. Its good 40+ properties. Problem is that he's battling a divorce situation, and he said that she on the title with him. Im not sure if thats the case for ALL the properties but for the most part he said she is. He told me that his attorney said he's able to sell his properties with out his "wife" being present. I live in the state of Missouri, and not too sure of the law down here. In the back on my mind i KNOW she has to sign along with him. Before i get neck deep in signing papers. Do you guys think it would be a good idea to speak to his attorney or no.
