Refinancing our Home

David Mendez
Posted

Hi everyone, my name is David. I am in the Phoenix, Arizona area. I am trying to be to invest into rental properties. I bought my own home about a year ago and we built up an estimated 50k in equity. Would it be beneficial refinance my home and take as much equity I can to fund it for my next home, which will be a rental property. Also, are there any groups in AZ that are here who meet up on occasion? I would love to start networking!

 Hi David.

So awesome- I love hearing when new investors are getting started. My advice, since you are new to rental investments, is you connect with a Phoenix realtor who is highly experienced and does a lot of what you want to get into(similar price range & neighborhoods/areas, STR/LTR, investors). If I can help point you in the right direction, no strings, let me know. I love to help.
