Western North Carolina AirBnB
Hello! New to STR game and Bigger Pockets. My wife and I purchased a property in Cullowhee, NC (3B/3B) and are trying to decide if we want to go with a local property manager or manage the bookings ourselves and outsourcing a professional cleaning service. Since we have several family members/friends in the area along with several maintenance/handy men on standby we feel that we can manage ourselves outside of cleaning and occasional maintenance. Any opinions on our plan? We are out of state (California) and would love to save 20% per month by forgoing property management.
