Hello BP! Just joined up after I came across the forum from a google search for a question and it was thoroughly answered here! Currently have 1 rental property and looking to close soon on my primary residence. I live in the Greater Los Angeles area and my rental property is in SB County. I'm looking forward to gaining knowledge here and also giving as I find ways around roadblocks!
