Introducing myself and networking

I just wanted to get on here and introduce myself and see if I can make any connections. I’m 20 years old, looking to buy my first house which is going to be a duplex. I live in North Georgia ( 30 minutes from Atlanta). I do still live with my mother and went to a trade school so I have no debt currently, and living with her has helped me substantially save up. I’m going to be house hacking the duplex when I can find one that financially makes sense in this market. The market is crazy over here with big time investors purchasing duplexes quick with cash. Any tips would be great and just looking to connect with other investors in my area.
