Hi my name is Terry Marks and I'm excited to be here and interact with so many other like-minded individuals. I recently finished reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide and it confirmed what I already knew - Real Estate Investing what I truly want to do. I'm here to soak up as much knowledge as possible and in return offer any help that I can give as well. I'm particularly interested in Wholesaling to begin and later transitioning into Buy and Hold. I work full-time and would love to hear stories & inspiration of others, particularly those who began their Real Estate career while working a full-time job to re-assure me that it can be done. All in all I'm happy to be here on BP and I look forward to networking and sharing ideas with you all!

I'm here in Woodland Hills and I work full-time and invest in real estate as well. I invest out of state with a buy & hold strategy. My goal in the future is to transition to full-time REI within 5 years. It definitely CAN be done and you're NOT alone.
