Hello to all,

I never really thought about developing but fate has dropped the ball into my hands. I inherited 9.5 acres of land according to the legal description but after getting a survey it turned out to be 23 acres. I want to learn all I can so that I can make educated decisions on what I envision as a great beginning to incredible future opportunities.
