Greetings all,

Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my post. I am looking to start an investing business here in the Bay Area and am fortunate enough to have a good amount of capital to begin with. Currently I am in the process of getting my real estate license and should be licensed by mid Sept. We are looking to invest in some long term buy and hold multi family properties while using short-term buy and sell to generate chunks of cash to buy more rentals. I have a good working knowledge of how different strategies work and am getting to know the crazy market here in the area. I will be working with a broker once I am licensed to learn the transactional side of a deal and am looking a mentor/mentors to teach me where to begin. I look forward to your replies.

Best,

Arron Sweeney
