Apartments/Condos that ALLOW AIRBNB in the Atlanta area
Hello BP :)
I'm ready to rent my first property using the rental arbitrage/corporate leasing option. I already have my LLC...while doing some market research, I'm seeing quite a few Airbnb's hosting in Apartments/Condos in the Atlanta area. When I call around to some of these places to inquire (without mentioning the properties listed on Airbnb of course lol) they tell me they do not do corporate leasing...maybe I am not wording it right? Anyone know of any Airbnb friendly Apartments that will rent in your company's name? Thank you!! I'm looking to network with others who are doing this! :)

Looking for apartment without rental restriction. There's only 2 in downtown.
