Hello BP community. My name is Dan Foster and reside I in Memphis, TN. I have a very brief history in real estate investing, although I have relocated for work several times over the last few years, so am familiar with the buying and selling of primary residences. I purchased my first rental property from Memphis Invest in December of 2012 and it has been a very positive experience thus far.
