Hello, Bigger Pocket Community!

I am a 27-year-old living in Houston, Texas, working for an Energy Company Building RPA Automations (Digital Robots). I have read a lot of the BiggerPockets books starting with "The House Hacking Strategy," and knew this was the answer for my next venture. For the past 3 years, while helping a family, I have dive deep into books and podcasts until my mother was back on her feet. Now I am free and have my own place. I currently have no debt, good credit, and my goal by the later of next year is to have ~$70k at my disposal for my first live-in investment. I love talking about real estate, learning from others, words of encouragement, and forming real business relationships. I would love to met anyone willing to leave a comment or send a DM. 

I am particularly interested in Houston Market and anyone who operates in the area or has experience investing in the area. I would love to learn from you, get some referrals to start building a team, and I also would love to figure out how I can be of service to you. I am excited to meet you and learn from everyone in the space.
