Newbie here and looking to maximize bigger pockets

I don't know how to start. I know I am ready to invest and looking for multiunit apartments but don't know where to start, what regions to get get best deals, etc. Also not sure if need to invest in membership

Welcome aboard Erick! The first place I would consider investing in is where you are, it's much easier to do that. Of course some markets are too expensive, but the first place to look is in the backyard.
