@Brad Piper thanks! yes want to focus on 3-4 units in Stockton, Sacramento areas. Later on I'll want to invest out of state and would like to stay on the west coast or northern regions of USA.

I don't know how to start. I know I am ready to invest and looking for multiunit apartments but don't know where to start, what regions to get get best deals, etc. Also not sure if need to invest in membership
