Hello BP, my name is Joshua, I am looking to begin my real estate career at a young age (19). I am considering wholesaling as a way to build capital, while also taking real estate licensing courses online. If anybody could recommend me to any wholesaler title companies in the Delaware County, PA area, or how I can go about choosing a good one.
